The VWC Board of Governors and Chapter Representatives meet three times a year for business work sessions. The fourth gathering is the Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet for all VWC members to assemble and take action on issues requiring a member vote and to celebrate the achievements of members who have won VWC contests and other special awards. The Annual Meeting also features a keynote speaker during lunch.

The business work sessions are held in February, May and September in Charlottesville. The Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet is held on the first Saturday of November in Richmond.
