• Display your brochure or other information on a table at the VWC Symposium.
• Have one of your books sold through the Symposium bookseller on the day of the event. (Limit 1 title. You’ll need to bring your books to the event.)
Platinum Level – $200.00
• Sponsor name/logo with link featured on the VWC Symposium website and Facebook
• Logo placement in the electronic Symposium booklet sent to all participants
• Full-page advertisement in the Symposium booklet
• Display your brochure or other information on a table at the VWC Symposium
• Have up to three of your books sold through the Symposium bookseller on the day of the event (Limit of 3 titles. You’ll need to bring your books to the event.)
Silver Level – $100.00

Sponsoring the Virginia Writers Club 2025 Symposium

The Virginia Writers Club (VWC), founded in 1918, is one of the oldest organizations of its kind in the United States. Comprised of chapters throughout the Commonwealth, the Virginia Writers Club is dedicated to fostering the art, craft, business and advocacy of the literary arts.

In 2025 VWC will host its fifteenth annual Symposium: Ink and Inspiration. This one-day symposium will take place Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, and will feature workshops on topics related to the art, craft and business of writing for writers of all levels.

Sponsoring the symposium is a fun and impactful way to promote literacy in the Commonwealth as well as offer the attendees information about goods, services, and opportunities for writers and those interested in writing.
