Bio
Ms. Carter is a registered nurse, USAF veteran, and BC survivor in Northern Virginia who enjoys writing historical romance novels. She has been published in professional journals and presented at national healthcare conferences. TC has a BSN from Thiel College, Greenville, PA, a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg, VA, and a Certificate in Creative Writing from Emory University. Since pursuing her interest in novel writing, TC completed college-level in-person and online novel writing courses. She was published in the 2022 VWC Journal and won the NVWC Poetry Golden Nib 1st Place. When she is not writing or researching a historical romance plot, TC recharges on hikes with her husband and their energetic rescue dog.
