Bio
Sherlyn Powell an American author, majored in Business
Management. She's currently editing her latest novel, The Image in the Kaleidoscope. Her career includes working for major
corporations in Corporate America. Growing up Sherlyn aspired to be a writer, journalist, playwright. To follow her dreams she
began taking writing classes as he wrote her debut novel, Something Desirable. She is the proud mother of two and she has four grandsons. Her daughter and her son have been her heart. She spent her life creating a relationship with her children,
teaching them more than the ABC’s and numbers. She wanted to instill in them to love, trust and to believe in themselves. She believes in teaching and guiding children to believe in themselves. She also supports them in the quest to fulfill their goals and dreams. She says if you think you can’t—you won’t, if you believe
you can – you will. She has been honored to speak at the National
Council of Negro Women’s Fall Authors Brunch on two occasions. She was the Local Chapter President for the National Association of Professional Women for two years. She has been featured in newspaper articles and one Magazine.
